Because this is a charity auction with proceeds supporting the Fashion Minority Alliance and our empowerment programmes, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a bid has been placed or a lot has been won.

Please note:

  • Each lot description and image is provided in good faith and reflects the condition of the item at the time of listing.
  • Vintage, pre-owned, and handcrafted items may show natural signs of age or craftsmanship; these are not considered defects.
  • We encourage bidders to review item details carefully and ask questions before bidding.
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of clear misrepresentation or damage during shipping, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • If shipping damage is verified, we will assist in making a claim with DHL; however, resolution and timing are dependent on the courier.

To ensure that maximum proceeds go directly to the charity, please note the following:

  • Shipping costs for all physical items are covered by the buyer.
  • Shipments will be sent securely via DHL, with international delivery available.
  • Shipping fees will be calculated and invoiced separately after the auction concludes, based on destination, size, and weight of each item.
  • Items will be dispatched once full payment (including shipping) has been received.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local delivery fees that may apply in their country.
  • Local collection within Berlin may be arranged upon request for select items.
